You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

The Opportunity

As part of the Operations Consulting team you are expected to provide executive management and key decision makers with insights and advice on their most critical business challenges. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are also expected to assist in client proposals, stay abreast of current business and industry trends, and develop financial models based on discounted cash flow.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration/Management, Corporate Finance, Economics and Finance
  • 6 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
