Your Impact

We are seeking a highly-motivated associate with excellent client engagement skills and strong attention to detail to join our National Accounts team within the TPW business. The individual in this role will need to have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships, build a diverse knowledge across investment solutions, strong communication skills and focus on execution to support and lead our wealth management client relationships.

The National Accounts team is part of Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) Americas TPW Business and responsible for leading the business development strategy for wealth management firms.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential

  • Lead and support key intermediary relationships including business development priorities, client engagements, follow ups, internal project tracking, and client service related initiatives
  • Build and maintain trusted, impactful partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Execute on client engagements, marketing campaigns and client conferences:
  • Prepare presentations and supporting data
  • Facilitate and track engagements
  • Develop supporting materials on results
  • Manage and maintain project trackers to with lists of critical action items
  • Assist and analyze client data analytics and sales reporting
  • Liaison for the internal sales team on client initiatives and background
  • Potential future growth towards client coverage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and strong academic background
  • Series 7 and 63 registration required
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing and the financial markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment that is extremely dynamic
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong excel and power point skills

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$290000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
