A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Client Experience Analyst in New York City. The role involves supporting affluent clients in investment decisions and building long-lasting relationships. The Client Coverage Group (CCG) serves as the primary client service contact for our existing institutional relationships and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience. The focus is on building and maintaining long-term client relationships and communicating key themes from the firm's leading investment professionals. CCG works closely with the Client Solutions Group (CSG), who works to develop and execute thoughtful investment solutions for institutional clients across the globe across all major asset classes (e.g., fixed income, equities and alternatives) and products including mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts and alternative investments. Our diverse institutional client base includes corporate and public pension funds, foundations and endowments, insurers, financial institutions and governments.
The Client Experience analyst will be responsible for supporting our Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) client base. Our OCIO program develops customized multi-asset class investment solutions to assist clients (mainly Corporate Pension Plans and Endowment & Foundations) in balancing strategic priorities and day-to-day decision-making based on their distinct investment objectives and level of outsourcing needs. The Client Experience Analyst will work directly with GSAM's Multi Asset Solutions (MAS) team who is responsible for creating the customized portfolios and also with the External Investing Group (XIG) team who is responsible for overseeing the due diligence process and selection of external investment managers to be utilized in our client portfolios.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$110000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
