Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end standard methodologies.

The Impact you will have in this role:
The Executive Director, Asset Services Transformation Lead, will play a pivotal role in the modernization of our Asset Services Platform. This role is central to redefining how we deliver Asset Services, aligning closely with our Product and Technology teams to create innovative, client-centric solutions that transform traditional operations and set new standards for the industry. The role will report directly to the Chief of Enterprise Services.
Your Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Transformation

  • Lead the transformation strategy with Product and Technology within the broader modernization program, ensuring alignment to Enterprise Service goals and operational optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology and Operations teams to co-create the future state Asset Services product and operating model.
  • Champion automation, digitization, and innovation to enhance scalability, resilience and client value.

Leadership & Change

  • Inspire high-performing cross-functional teams through complex change programs.
  • Serve as a leader with vision and subject matter expert on industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging risks that impact Asset Services.

Client & Market Engagement

  • Build deep relationships with clients, industry bodies, and regulators to shape and deliver market-led solutions.
  • Represent DTCC in global forums to advocate for efficient, transparent, and secure asset servicing standards.

Operational Excellence

  • Identify and deliver operational efficiencies while ensuring risk, compliance, and control frameworks are robust.
  • Reimagine and define core processes to deliver differentiated value to clients, emphasizing scalability, automation and user experience.

Talent & Team Development

  • Drive a culture of innovation by challenging legacy thinking and advocating for fresh solutions to solve complex business challenges.
  • Champion and inclusive culture where people thrive and deliver their best work at pace.

Fosters a risk management culture through implementation and demonstration of processes and procedures which identify and mitigate risk

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • 15+ years’ leadership experience in asset servicing, custody, or capital market operations
  • Proven track record in leading complex transformation initiatives in a regulated environment
  • Deep expertise in corporate actions, income processing and related functions
  • Strong strategic mentality with commercial and operational savvy
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing talent and building resilient teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at C-suite/Board level
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, leading change and influencing across the enterprise
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
