Job summary

Paramount Lender Solutions, LLC in Indio, CA is seeking a Lot Attendant to manage vehicle repossession processes, maintain the lot and assist customers with paperwork. The role runs Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, offering a stable weekday schedule and a chance to be part of a seasoned asset resolution team.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Flexibility to work holidays or overtime on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents or third-party vendors.
• Clean out vehicles and bag/tag personal property.
• Conduct inventory of vehicles, property and equipment.
• Work with customers to release vehicles and confirm paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lot and customer service area.
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
