You will greet customers, monitor traffic, and collaborate with Security to maintain a secure store. No formal education required; strong interpersonal skills and flexibility are valued.

Qualifications

• No education or experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Self-starter, works well independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the selling floor.
• Monitor customer traffic entering and exiting the store.
• Deter theft via visual observation and reporting of suspicious activity.
• Maintain a safe shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
• Communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection/Security.
