Burlington Stores, Inc. in our distribution center is seeking an Asset Protection Team Lead to guide security-focused operations, lead investigations, audits, and safety programs while upholding Burlington's Core Values.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment; base pay is $23.00 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of asset protection or related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for people and property in the distribution center and yard.
• Enforce access guidelines and manage building access systems.
• Train and coach team on duties and safety procedures.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct audits on access points.
• Investigate incidents and document findings accurately.
• Support AP Supervisor and assist with performance monitoring.
