Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a multi-department environment.
• Experience in asset protection, inventory controls, or related area is preferred.
• Criminal background check and related state requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates by hiring, training and mentoring, setting clear expectations.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing and product presentation across store.
• Protect assets by enforcing loss prevention policies, conducting investigations and reporting findings.
• Manage safety programs, identify accident trends, and implement prevention measures.
• Coordinate claims and receiving operations, ensuring proper policy compliance and timely processing.
