Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience with friendly interactions at 10 ft and 4 ft.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping trip.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support store operations and prevent theft to protect profitability.
• Identify theft trends using surveillance, reporting, and proper documentation.
• Respond to security incidents and document all actions per AP policies.
