Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state/local licensure or other legal requirements.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and assist them to find what they need or resolve issues.
• Help guests have a smooth shopping experience and end transactions with thanks.
• Maintain safety and security by preventing theft and staff coordination.
• Document incidents and follow AP policies and procedures.
