You’ll need to understand the big picture strategy and work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
You are charged with identification and mitigation of safety, external theft, and fraud trends within a specific store. This role will provide in-store response and support focusing on immediate safety concerns, Habitual Offenders, and high-impact external theft/fraud incidents through the use of company technology (CCTV, Incident Reporting, and AP related resources). This role directly teaches and trains Store Leaders and Brand Associates in the safe practices of effectively handling safety and external theft events, and the use of the Company Case Management and Reporting systems.
The Asset Protection Specialist reports to the on-campus Asset Protection Manager or an Area Asset Protection Manager. This role regularly interacts with Local Law Enforcement, diversion and outreach programs, and supports comprehensive and detailed cases pertaining to habitual and aggressive offenders and provides expertise and partners with Law Enforcement to assist in the safe apprehension of these offenders. This role will identify, develop relationships, and influence local community networks and outreach programs.
This position is anticipated to remain open for the next two weeks, although the duration might be adjusted based on the needs of the Company, potentially extending or shortening this timeframe.
Hourly rate ranges from $19.30 to $24.10 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
