Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist investigators with stops, detentions and apprehensions; call 911 when needed and record evidence.
Support staff in stopping, detaining and detaining shoplifters and writing incident reports.
Monitor retail, warehouse, and parking areas via CCTV and report findings.
Assess staff for internal theft and policy violations; report to Human Resources.
Collaborate with display team to secure vulnerable merchandise.
Maintain a computerized journal of daily activities and perform safety checks.
