Team and Role Overview

The Asset Protection team promotes safety and security, ensuring the well-being of our staff and customers. The Asset Protection Specialist plays a vital role in educating store teams on our global priorities: Well Being, Risk Mitigation, Financial Value, and Social Impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate lululemon's Asset Protection policies and procedures effectively.
  • Maintain a visible presence at the store entrance to ensure safety and security.
  • Lead and support emergency and crisis responses.
  • Report incidents related to safety and well-being promptly.
  • Train staff on theft and fraud reporting, emphasizing unbiased reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement and community partners.
  • Support ongoing training and safety initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety training and conduct safety walkthroughs.
  • Review inventory reports and develop action plans for operational improvements.
Guest Experience and Collaboration
  • Address guest concerns related to asset protection.
  • Engage dynamically on the floor to support safety and customer service.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess and mitigate risks.
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
  • Partner with law enforcement and neighboring businesses for risk mitigation.
Operations and Skills
  • Adhere to safety policies and legal requirements.
  • Document incidents accurately for investigations.
  • Monitor SOP compliance and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous customer service and leadership experience.
  • Experience in retail, law enforcement, or asset protection preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
Additional Requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
