Job summary

Von Maur is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to protect assets and provide a secure shopping environment for customers and staff. You will play a critical role in preventing loss and maintaining safe operations across store activities.

This role involves identifying shrinkage sources, pursuing shoplifting cases under store policy and state law, and keeping thorough incident records. It also requires flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts while upholding the company’s commitment

Responsibilities

• Identify and reduce sources of loss from theft, shrinkage
• Apprehend shoplifters according to policy and state laws
• Maintain case log and incident reports
• Conduct investigations including credit card and check fraud
• Achieve individual case goals
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
