Asset Protection Specialist - Cherry Hill Mall, New Jersey

Role Overview: The Asset Protection team promotes safety and security, ensuring the well-being of our people and assets. The Asset Protection Specialist works primarily on the retail floor, collaborating with store leadership to prevent loss, educate staff on safety practices, and respond to incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating lululemon’s Asset Protection policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a visible presence at the store entrance to ensure safety and security.
  • Leading emergency and crisis responses.
  • Addressing team safety concerns and reporting incidents.
  • Partnering with store management and law enforcement to support investigations and compliance.
  • Conducting safety training and compliance audits.
  • Supporting guest experience by addressing security concerns and escalations.

Qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to travel to assigned stores.
  • Previous customer service and leadership experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
