Job summary

Sephora in San Francisco, Powell Street, is seeking an Asset Protection Partner dedicated to safeguarding people and assets while delivering excellent service. You will work with store leaders to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism.

You'll spend most of your time on the selling floor, deter theft, support service, and maintain a safe environment, collaborating across teams and adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams
• Conflict de-escalation skills
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness; lead or join meetings and training
• Maintain strong store presence; deter theft and support service on the selling floor
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools
• Handle incident response with professionalism and customer experience in mind
• Execute audits and reporting for asset protection efforts
• Ensure compliance with asset protection policies and licensing requirements
• Support multiple locations as needed
• Represent Sephora in legal scenarios if required
