Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice preferred; other 4-year degrees may be acceptable.
• 3–5 years loss prevention experience in retail.
• Experience with a diverse workforce.
• Interest in retail thrift business.

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets and improve profitability through security/safety programs.
• Handle internal controls including cash handling and inventory audits.
• Address shoplifting, vandalism, and store safety issues.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance loss prevention programs.
• Conduct loss prevention meetings and implement procedures.
