Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure a safe store environment.
• Monitor checkout areas and exception reports for fraud and cash handling compliance.
• Conduct surveillance to detect theft, safety risks, and operational issues.
• Apprehend individuals per policies and applicable laws, ensuring safety of all.
• Respond to EAS alarms and investigate incidents.
• Audit receiving and storage for vendor fraud and procedural compliance.
• Inspect shrink control, safety, and security standards; document findings.
• Operate asset protection equipment (CCTV, EAS, alarms).
• Investigate cases with thorough documentation and coordinate with leadership and law enforcement.
• Train associates on loss prevention, safety, and compliance.
