Qualifications

• 1–2 years in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multi-store teams; train and mentor associates.
• Oversee inventory controls, loss prevention, and safety/compliance.
• Investigate suspected theft and process claims; document findings and testify when needed.
• Ensure customer service standards and OBW service model are followed.
• Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to implement process improvements.
