The role partners with store leadership to reduce shrink, ensure safety, and protect profitability while aligning with company values and strategy. Responsibilities include securing the store, educating staff on emergency preparedness, analyzing data to detect theft trends, and leading investigations and audits.

Qualifications

• Valid security license required in applicable locations
• Proven investigative, asset protection and security procedures experience
• AP leadership experience
• Familiarity with risk reporting tools and case management systems
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and customers
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving under pressure
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with surveillance technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead AP teams with recruiting, development and budgeting responsibilities
• Partner with store leaders to support shrink reduction and safety initiatives
• Own building security, safety training and incident response
• Monitor and report AP incidents; document properly
• Use data to identify theft trends and mitigate loss; drive shrink programs
