Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness; lead meetings and training.
• Deter theft by maintaining store presence on the selling floor.
• Collaborate with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Use CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
• De-escalate incidents prioritizing safety and customer experience.
• Complete audits and reports for asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora in court if required.
