Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate pallet jack equipment and move pallets within our facility. The role involves loading, unloading, locating items per work orders, and ensuring pallets are wrapped and inspected for damages.

The position offers daytime shifts Monday–Friday with a pay range of $19–$20 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates must be able to lift 40 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required depending on facility.
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing PPE
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Responsibilities

• Use pallet jack to move pallets to the scheduled door for shipping.
• Move pallets from inbound dock to warehouse locations for put away.
• Find products requested in work orders.
• Inspect items for damages and report issues to lead/supervisor.
• Ensure pallets are wrapped properly at loading points.

Job description

Schedule: Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm Pay: $19-$20 (depending on experience)

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use pallet jack equipment to move the pallet to the scheduled door to ship
• Move pallets from the inbound dock door to locations inside the warehouse to be put away
• Find products requested in work orders
• Change over pallets for picking, visually review items for damages or flaws; document and report damages to lead/supervisor
• Confirm all pallets being hauled into the warehouse or dock doors are wrapped to the top

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wrap pallets using a wrap machine, based on location
• Invert pallets using a pallet inverter, based on location
• May work with other machinery and material handling equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Basic math skills may be required depending on facility
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
