Responsibilities

• Visually inspects exterior/parking lot to mitigate hazards.
• Runs walking inspections of backroom and sales floor.
• Reviews cashier exception reports and theft activity.
• Conducts internal theft surveillance and shoplifting surveillance.
• Reports safety hazards to Store Leadership for resolution.
• Tests and inspects camera equipment for proper operation.
• Participates in apprehension of offenders and assists in prosecutions.
• Records detailed incident reports and testifies in court as needed.
• Adheres to safety practices and participates in continuous improvement.
