Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking an Asset Protection Associate at Saks Fifth Avenue location to monitor shortages, oversee audits, and implement safety programs. You will train staff, manage inventory controls, and develop shortage strategies across merchandise groups while handling ad hoc responsibilities.

A BA or equivalent, plus 2 years of asset protection experience, is required; Wicklander-Zulawski certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years Asset Protection Experience, large volume retail environment.
• Certification required where applicable by jurisdiction.
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Wicklander-Zulawski Certification required

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for training store associates on awareness and Asset Protection procedures.
• Maintain the integrity of physical inventory by overseeing reports and audits on a daily and monthly basis.
• Organize and conduct annual store inventory.
• Develop shortage strategies for merchandise groups, paperwork controls, and shortage awareness. Ad hoc responsibilities

Job Description:

YOU WILL BE:

Under the direction from the Asset Protection Manager or Assistant General Manager Operations, the Asset Protection Associate monitors shortage results, shortage control, investigations and apprehensions regarding internal and external theft, and implementation of store safety and awareness programs at an individual Saks Fifth Avenue location.

Salary Range $22.03 - $27.54*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
