Walmart Supercenter in Newport News is hiring for a customer-focused role. You will greet customers, help them, and thank them while ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You may verify purchases, assist with returns, and support entrance security to prevent loss.

Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

This role focuses on greeting, helping and thanking our customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. The role includes verifying purchases, assisting with returned items and keeping our entrances safe and secure.
