Calculated Hire is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator for a one-year onsite contract in Atlanta, GA. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals and teams across different functions.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder support skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in retail, merchandising, operations, asset protection, or similar environments (preferred).
• Experience maintaining trackers, coordinating projects, or supporting business processes (preferred).
• Experience working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or other tools used to organize and summarize information (preferred).
• Strong follow-through and ability to independently manage assigned tasks (preferred).
• Ability to build positive working relationships and influence outcomes through effective communication and collaboration (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute product protection initiatives, tracking milestones and issues.
• Perform photo audits and quality checks to ensure standards.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, spreadsheets, and other documentation for reporting.
• Monitor project status and follow up with internal partners for updates.
• Assist with maintenance requests and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Organize and summarize information using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Prepare routine updates, reports, presentations, and other materials for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support asset protection programs.
• Support the Asset Protection Merchandising team with administrative tasks.
