About the Role

In this role, you will embody Do The Right Thing by protecting People, Assets, and Brands. You will work in an energized, fast-paced environment focused on creating a safe environment for our employees, teams, and customers. This is critical to driving our Brand Power, Enduring Customer Relationships, and our commitment to Team and Values. You will need to understand the big picture strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating external theft and fraud trends within a specific market and group of stores. This includes conducting investigations focused on Habitual Offenders and high-impact external theft/fraud incidents using company technology such as CCTV, Incident Reporting, and Data Analysis. You will also train Store Leaders and Brand Associates in effective handling of external theft events and the use of Company Case Management and Reporting systems.

This role involves regular interaction with State, County, and Local Law Enforcement to develop detailed cases against habitual and aggressive offenders. You will provide expertise to law enforcement agencies and influence their actions to assist in the apprehension of offenders. Additionally, you will represent the company in interactions with Prosecuting Attorney’s Offices to support case prosecution that meets legal standards.
