Kelly is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator in Mason, OH to support daily security operations and investigations. This onsite role offers early hours (6am–2:30/3:00pm) and a pathway to growth within the eyewear retailer and manufacturer.

You will monitor surveillance, review access controls, and collaborate with leadership to ensure strong protection of assets. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail asset protection, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in retail asset protection or loss prevention.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with solid time management and prioritization.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support daily asset protection operations, monitor surveillance, review access controls and conduct patrols.
• Lead investigations by developing cases, collecting evidence, and reviewing camera footage.
• Assist with facility audits, inspections and tracking corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and audit documentation.
• Ensure security technology is functioning and coordinate with leadership to resolve issues.

What’s a typical day as Asset Protection Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Supporting daily asset protection operations, including monitoring surveillance and reviewing facility access controls, conducting patrols, and incident response.
• Leading investigations by developing cases, collecting evidence, reviewing camera footage, and conducting OSINT activities.
• Assisting with facility audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and tracking corrective actions for overall security improvement.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough incident reports, case files, and audit documentation in compliance with established standards.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of security technology, monitoring for system issues, and collaborating with leadership to resolve concerns.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bring 2+ years of experience in retail asset protection or loss prevention (required).
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
