Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Asset Protection Bridge to lead a team of Analysts delivering centralized Asset Protection services and incident coordination for stores and business partners across the United States and Canada, including Albuquerque operations.

You will drive timely incident response, issue resolution, and continuous improvement with data-driven decisions, coaching a high-performing team, and partnering with field AP, Store Ops, and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in operations, security, or service delivery.
• Ability to manage escalations and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience using data analytics to improve performance.
• Strong customer service orientation with internal customers.
• Flexibility to work in a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Asset Protection Bridge Analysts responsible for centralized support, incident coordination, communications, and issue resolution for stores and field Asset Protection teams.
• Manage daily operations within the Asset Protection Bridge, ensuring service levels and quality standards.
• Coach, develop, and engage team members to build a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
• Deliver results through sound judgment, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
• Monitor performance using data, metrics, and feedback to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Support the implementation of new services, workflows, and tools within the Bridge.
• Build strong relationships with field AP leaders, Store Ops, and cross-functional partners.
