Walmart is hiring for a full-time security-focused role at our Manteca store. You will focus on the safety and security of associates, customers and merchandise, investigating incidents and thinking critically to solve complex problems.

This position offers full-time employment with available Mid-Shift and Closing shifts. Benefits and incentives are provided, with compensation that aligns to hourly pay scales and location-based minimum wage requirements.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
