Walmart in Frederick, MD is hiring for a full-time safety and security role focused on protecting associates, customers and merchandise. You will investigate incidents, think critically and work to solve complex problems while maintaining a safe store environment.

The position offers incentive-based pay elements, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for education through Live Better U. Shifts include mid-shift and closing, with a clearly defined location at Walmart Supercenter #2756.

Hourly Wage: $18 - $31 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
