Job summary

QED Systems, LLC is seeking a Property Coordinator to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role supports the C5ISR Center HQ Operations contract with oversight of government property, inventory control, and database updates.

Required is a Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance and experience with GCSS-Army, AESIP, and related property management tools. The position is full-time and located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with property management databases (GCSS-Army, DPAS, PIEE, LIW) is required.
• Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and briefing of management.

Responsibilities

• Performs supply and warehousing activities including requisition, receipt, storage, inventory, issuing and delivery of equipment and material.
• Conducts equipment inventory and maintains property accountability documentation.
• Updates GCCS-Army, AESIP and DST databases as required.
• Performs equipment transfers using Army forms and ensures proper processing and shipping.
• Maintains hand receipts and inventory records; coordinates with Government leads.
