Mavi North America seeks an organized Asset & Post Production Coordinator to manage the flow of product imagery from shoots through final delivery. The role collaborates with Ecommerce, Marketing, Production, and Sales to coordinate retouching workflows and ensure imagery meets brand standards across our channels.

The ideal candidate has fashion photography experience, a keen eye for color and detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in post-production, e-commerce photography, or image coordination.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom for image prep.
• Understanding fashion photography and image quality standards.
• Experience coordinating with photographers and external retouching partners.
• Familiarity with digital asset management and file sharing platforms.

Mavi is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Asset & Post Production Coordinator to manage the flow of product imagery from photography shoots through final delivery.

Working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Production, and Sales, this role will coordinate retouching workflows, maintain image quality and consistency, organize digital assets, and ensure imagery is delivered accurately and on time across our brands and sales channels.

The ideal candidate has experience with fashion photography and e-commerce imagery, a strong visual eye, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-production workflows for e-commerce product photography, product flats, and wholesale imagery, including image selects, retouching, revisions, and final delivery.
• Work with photographers and external retouching partners to communicate image requirements, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Review images for quality and consistency, including product color, lighting, cropping, and image angles; make minor edits and adjustments when needed.
• Organize and maintain image libraries, folder structures, file naming, and archives across internal platforms.
• Upload and track assets in relevant systems, ensuring images are correctly formatted, labeled, and accessible to internal teams.
• Support image requests from E-commerce, Marketing, and Sales by sourcing, preparing, and sharing assets as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize deadlines and ensure imagery is available for product launches and wholesale sales.
• Help maintain and improve image workflows, tracking documents, and processes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in post-production, e-commerce photography, image coordination, or a similar role, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with hands-on experience editing and preparing images.
• Understanding of fashion photography, retouching, and image quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience working with photographers, retouchers, or other external creative partners.
• Familiarity with digital asset management and file-sharing platforms such as Dropbox and OneDrive.
• Experience with Qooly, NuORDER, or similar DAM platforms preferred.
• A collaborative, proactive approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
