Job summary

FyterTech Nonwovens in Wisconsin seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the Airlay, Autosock and Autofolder teams. You will staff, schedule, and coach about 20 hourly employees, ensure safety and meet production targets while controlling costs.

You will enforce policies, train personnel, monitor equipment, manage materials and records, partner with HR on personnel matters, and drive continuous improvement through data and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of production supervision or related experience preferred.
• Strong independent decision-making, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in reading and writing English and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to lead small groups, hold employees accountable, and provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Airlay, Autosock and Autofolder asset teams to high performance.
• Staff and schedule approximately 20 hourly employees.
• Enforce safety practices, policies, and quality standards.
• Train personnel on equipment, processes, and resources; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain production records, metrics, and reports; improve efficiency.
