Job summary

A10 Capital is seeking an Asset Manager in the Special Servicing group to support day-to-day management and the resolution of specialty serviced assets. The role collaborates with the Special Servicing Manager to analyze operations, assess collateral, and prepare reports.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CRE experience and a Finance/Real Estate/Accounting degree, with strong communication and analytical skills to drive informed decisions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in asset management, servicing, or lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting or related field is required. Advanced degrees and/or qualifications (e.g. MBA, MAI, CCIM, CFA) are a strong plus
• Competency in property types including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, self-storage and student housing
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to present ideas clearly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, research and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment
• Disciplined and highly motivated self-starter
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining an extremely high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Highly motivated individual with a strong, disciplined work ethic

Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Asset Manager position within the Special Servicing department will work closely with the Special Servicing Manager and other team members in the day-to-day management and resolution of specialty serviced assets.
