The competitive salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 per year, along with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in finance, credit, legal, real estate, or business.
• Familiarity with multi-family housing, senior housing, healthcare, and/or renewable energy preferred.
• Advanced financial analytical proficiency and strong grasp of logic and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial models for evaluating investments.
• Assist in commercial loan underwriting and ongoing due diligence.
• Review and interpret complex mortgage and working capital loan documents.
