Job summary

Enfinity Global is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Asset Manager/O&M Manager to oversee profit and loss for assigned assets and ensure key performance metrics are met. The role reports to the Head of Asset Management - Americas and includes health, safety, environmental oversight, warranty and insurance claims, and budget planning.

Responsibilities include coordinating technicians, OEMs, and contractors, ensuring regulatory and interconnection compliance, and driving performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of renewable energy U.S. experience in O&M or asset management.
• Proven track record of achieving asset performance targets.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Be health, safety and environmental champion for Enfinity Global and partners; enforce HSE requirements.
• Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the assigned assets.
• Manage global inventory management system and reporting.
• Coordinate technicians, OEMs, subcontractors, and remote operations centers.
• Manage warranty and insurance claims; liaise with vendors and manufacturers until resolution.
• Maintain compliance with interconnection agreements, NERC requirements, permits, and procedures.
• Prepare annual O&M budgets, forecasts, and purchase orders.
• Support commissioning, handover, acceptance testing, and site transitions into operations.

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced renewable energy asset manager/ O&M Manager that is goal-focused to oversee the profit and loss of the assigned assets and ensure key performance metrics are met or exceeded.

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management- Americas, this role will oversee and manage all aspects of health, safety and environmental performance, asset performance, warranty management, contractor and contract management and energy delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Be health, safety and environmental champion at all levels in Enfinity Global and when interacting with vendors and partners. Enforce HSE requirements, including LOTO, arc-flash, high-voltage, fire-safety, and emergency-response procedures.

• Responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the assigned assets.

• Manage global inventory management system and reporting.

• Manage and supervise site and service providers performance metrics and create action plans to address deficiencies and generate improvement.

• Coordinate technicians, OEMs, subcontractors, and remote operations centers.

• Manage corrective maintenance, root-cause analyses, and recurring fault elimination

• Manage warranty claims from gathering data, compiling and structuring claims, and dealing with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)s or other equipment or service providers until successful completion.

• Manage insurance claims from gathering data, compiling and structuring claims, and dealing with insurance carrier until successful completion.

• Maintain compliance with interconnection agreements, NERC requirements, permits, and operating procedures

• Prepare annual O&M budgets, forecasts and purchase orders.

• Support commissioning, handover, acceptance testing, and transition of new sites into operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant degree.

• 5+ years of successful U.S. renewable energy industry experience in O&M or asset management.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding renewable asset performance expectations.

• Proven track record of entrepreneurship within organizations and developing and leading performance improvement.

• Experience with managing, operating, compiling and delivering results with large and complex data sets.

• Proficient English is a must. Spanish is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and data analysis skills.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
