Elmington Affordable is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the investment lifecycle of LIHTC multifamily assets in the Nashville area. You will monitor performance, reforecast when needed, and collaborate with development and property management teams to drive value.
The role requires 2–5 years in asset management or real estate analytics, with a bachelor’s degree and strong communication, organization, and financial analysis skills.
The Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the investment lifecycle of a portfolio of LIHTC multifamily assets. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring the original investment plan, communicating about performance, and reforecasting when assets have strayed from the investment plan.
