Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate investments for XIG Petershill funds, overseeing over $14 billion in capital deployment.
• Coordinate between junior team members and the Investment Committee during investment evaluations and executions.
• Negotiate investment terms and contracts.
• Manage ongoing investment updates and issues.
• Revise investment strategies to adapt to market trends and terms.

Minimum Experience

Minimum 6+ years at a top law firm, specializing in asset management, M&A, funds, or GP stakes.

Salary Range

Expected base salary ranges from $125,000 to $290,000, with potential discretionary bonuses based on performance.
