Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) in Greenville, SC is seeking an IT systems administrator to manage Unity-based workflows and CMMS configurations. You will ensure system stability and provide day-to-day support to staff using Unity suite applications.
Collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and customer service, you will translate business needs into system configurations, participate in testing and deployments, and help drive continuous improvement across departments.
The tasks listed below represent the majority of the time spent working in this position. Management may assign additional related duties as needed. Maintains and administers unity configuration, including permits, equipment maintenance, inspections, cases, and related workflows. Ensures system stability, uptime, and proper functionality of Unity components. Troubleshoots system issues related to workflows, user access, data entry, and reporting. Coordinates with technology and Cityworks support to resolve complex system issues. Performs routine system checks and maintenance activities to ensure continued performance and reliability. Assists with configuration updates to ensure permitting, maintenance, and inspection workflows align across platforms. Validates data flow, workflow logic, and system behavior as processes evolve. Supports testing, validation, and deployment of updates related to unity applications. Assists with documenting system dependencies and integration touchpoints. Configures and maintains permit types, case types, and work activity templates. Works with engineering, maintenance, operations and customer service to understand business needs and translates them into system configurations. Assists with implementing process improvements and standardization across departments and maintains system configuration documentation and version history. Provides day-to-day system support for staff using Trimble Unity suite applications. Responds to user-reported issues, questions, and enhancement requests in a timely manner. Coordinates with the asset management training coordinator to identify recurring issues and training needs. Supports system changes by assisting with user testing and feedback collection. Ensures accuracy and consistency of permitting and inspection data within Cityworks. Assists with data audits and identifies errors, gaps, or process inconsistencies. Maintains technical documentation, SOPs, and configuration guides related to Unity suite applications. Projects and offers continuous improvement support. Supports Cityworks-related projects, upgrades, and enhancements. Participates in system testing for new releases, patches, and configuration changes. Assists with continuous improvement initiatives focused on permitting efficiency, customer service, and system usability. Provides input on future system enhancements and integration opportunities. Attends conferences, meetings, training, seminars, etc., as necessary to maintain and enhance job knowledge and skills. Management may assign additional duties as trained for and qualified to do so related to the work of the position as necessary.
