With over $70 billion in AUM, the Real Estate Americas team is one of the largest managers of open-end real estate funds. The team has been managing real estate investments on behalf of our clients for 50 years, during which time we have established ourselves as a market leader. The team comprises 250 real estate professionals across six markets in the U.S. and manages over 500 clients globally across various real estate strategies spanning the risk spectrum and capital stack.
Job Summary
As a Vice President on the Investor Relations team, you will significantly contribute to the Real Estate Americas investments marketing effort, working primarily with internal clients (investment specialists, portfolio managers, research, investment teams, and client advisors) and eventually with external clients. You will lead the investor relations effort for the US core real estate fund, an industry-leading core real estate fund, providing strategic oversight and leadership, executing on materials, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials and reporting. You will be responsible for the completion of client materials from end-to-end while driving efficiencies, standardizing processes, and managing offshore relationships to enhance collaboration. Additionally, you will contribute to various strategic projects across the platform.
