Job summary

Boston Financial in Boston, MA is seeking an Associate I to manage the majority of asset management processes for our portfolio. The role involves proactive calendar management, cross‑department collaboration, and implementing system improvements at our headquarters.

The position offers an annual base salary of $80,000–$90,000 (MA only). Benefits include cash bonuses, long term incentives, health insurance, life insurance, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and organize the day in a fast-paced team environment with frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Review processes by managing the calendar and improving workflows.
• Develop, enhance, and implement systems used by the IM-Resource Team.
• Coordinate Quarterly & Monthly Financial Processes and timelines.
• Collaborate to collect and track compliance documents and prepare reports.
• Facilitate Tax & Audit Steering Group activities and system enhancements.
• Train tax temps and organize mailings to accountants and partners.
• Assist in collection, processing, and analysis of client information and invoices.
• Maintain policy adherence and revise processes as needed.
