Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking an Asset Management Supervisor to support the CPE ST3 contract in Orlando, FL. The role oversees the Asset Management team, ensuring accountability, lifecycle management, and audit readiness for program assets with compliance to organizational policies and FAR/DFARS.

The position requires leadership to mentor a small team, strong knowledge of asset management practices, and experience with CAP/GFE controls, audits, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in asset management, property accountability, or logistics.
• 5–7 years preferred, including 1–2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience in military/defense acquisition or logistics is preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small team.
• Experience with accountability records, audits, and compliance.
• Familiarity with shipment activities under FARS/DFARS.
• Proficiency with PIEE and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and daily oversight to the Asset Management team.
• Ensure control and accountability of CAP/GFE per FARS/DFARS.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate with contract reps on disposition and transfers.
• Research property docs such as hand receipts and purchase orders.
• Resolve discrepancies in the Property Management System.
• Conduct quarterly physical inventories.
• Perform CAP/GFE pickup and hands-on delivery.
