Greystar is seeking an Asset Management Summer Analyst to help maximize portfolio performance by analyzing property and financial data, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and evaluating operational trends across multifamily assets.

You'll gain exposure to both asset management and property management functions while working with experienced professionals to make data-driven recommendations that support investment performance and business objectives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, and market data to support portfolio performance evaluations
• Assist in preparing client-facing reports, portfolio reviews, and property performance presentations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multifamily assets
• Review revenue, expense, occupancy, and rent trends to identify opportunities and risks
• Conduct market research and competitive analyses to support due diligence and strategic decisions
• Assist in evaluating property performance against budgets and key financial benchmarks
• Partner with asset and property management teams to support initiatives
• Complete a capstone project and present findings to team leaders at the end of the internship

What you'll do:

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in finance, real estate, business, economics, or a related field

• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
