Job summary

Pegasus Staffing Partners partners with a high-growth enterprise to hire a Director of Asset Management who will oversee performance, planning, and long-term value creation across a diverse asset portfolio.

This strategic, hands-on leader will collaborate with executive leadership, finance, acquisitions, and operations to maximize returns, mitigate risks, and scale processes as the organization grows. A strong track record in leadership and financial analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance/Real Estate/Business/Accounting/Economics (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in asset management, portfolio management, real estate, investments, finance, or related fields.
• Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial-analysis skills including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, ROI analysis, and business-plan development.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset-management strategy for a growing portfolio with responsibility for performance, operating plans, budgets, and long-term value creation.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve revenue, profitability, utilization, and asset value.
• Partner with operations and site leadership to drive execution against business plans and KPIs.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, capital plans, and asset-level business plans.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, improvement initiatives, leasing/pricing strategies, and other investment decisions.
• Prepare and present portfolio-performance reporting, recommendations, and strategic insights to executives.
