Job summary

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership.
• 0–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house at a financial institution.
• Understanding of U.S. financial regulation and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Advise on U.S. regulatory frameworks including Dodd-Frank, SEC and CFTC rules.
• Draft, review and negotiate trading and advisory agreements (ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, MSFTAs).
• Support fund launches and product development; provide legal input on strategies.
