Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Bar admission in good standing to the applicable jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Substantial experience in private equity, fund formation, or fund management matters.
• Strong drafting, legal analysis, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with templates, playbooks, or knowledge management resources.
• Proficiency in using artificial intelligence technologies responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for fund operations and related documents.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transfer agreements and fund interests.
• Support management company and general partner entity matters and governance documents.
• Coordinate with teams to implement transactions and maintain records.
• Manage a pipeline of recurring matters and track deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to streamline forms and workflows.
• Apply legal judgment and project management in a fast-paced environment.
