Job summary

The successful candidate will work collaboratively in teams and independently manage transaction components with a focus on asset management M&A, including GP stakes transactions and related corporate matters.

Candidates should have over three years of relevant experience, strong business sense, stellar communication skills, and be eligible for bar admission in Boston.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in Boston or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in Boston.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams and manage transaction components independently.
• Focus on GP stakes transactions within asset management M&A.
• Handle corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Engage in leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity, and venture capital transactions.
• Manage equity compensation and exits.
• Maintain strong client and counsel relationships.
