World Shipping, Inc. in Rocky River, OH is seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to track driver technology assets placed in Independent Contractor trucks and to manage the interfaces related to those assets at our corporate headquarters.

The role protects the company’s high-value equipment, supports safety and recruiting efforts, and ensures clean management of in-truck assets across field locations, terminal and corporate inventories.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written.
• Entry level experience using Microsoft Office.
• Experience in managing assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update in truck asset inventory, terminal/corp. office-based inventory, and web interfaces associated with these assets
• Update physical plates inventory and registry
• Support field locations on asset relates issues
• Manage Independent Contractor chargebacks for tolls and damaged/non-returned equipment
• Manage Asset shipments to field locations to support recruiting and safety initiatives tied to in truck assets

About This Role:

CPG is looking for a detail oriented person to join our family as an Asset Management Coordinator to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Rocky River, OH!

The Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for keeping track of all driver technology assets that are placed in our Independent Contractor’s trucks and manages/updates the interfaces related to those assets. This position must protect the company’s high dollar technology assets and support our safety and recruiting efforts through clean management of in truck assets.
