Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Audit Senior Manager in Florida to lead client relationships and multiple engagement teams within the Audit & Assurance practice. You will develop industry insights, supervise staff, and drive high-quality attest services for PE, funds, and fintech clients.

The role requires ongoing learning, strong communication, and ability to travel as needed; CPA licensure or reciprocal licensure in progress is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of external audit experience with public accounting.
• Experience with Private Equity, funds and Fintech clients.
• Strong organization, communication, technical, and time-management skills.
• Professional interaction with clients, prospects and staff at all levels.
• Ability to multi-task across engagements and teams.
• Licensed CPA in the home state or reciprocal licensure in progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships across a variety of engagements.
• Lead multiple teams and provide performance feedback at engagements’ end.
• Anticipate and address client concerns and resolve issues as they arise.
• Promote new ideas and solutions to extend services to clients.
• Continue learning industry developments and firm standards.
• Travel to client sites as needed and supervise engagement teams.
